I tell ya what, back in 1969 my family had a foreign exchange student from Thailand live with us for a year. We still keep in very close touch with her and she's been back to America many times to visit. Her husband and her own a restaurant back in Bangkok, Thailand. Quite a nice restaurant in fact. I'll email her and ask her if she's got a Thai Tuna Salad recipe she could recommend.
