whether its helping nambla teach its members rape little boys, under the guise of free speech.
Suing anything christian or hurting the war on terrorism or just helping illegal aliens
I honestly wish as michael savage says, the aclu was shut down using rico statutues.
Its time to bring back sedition laws, and put these enemies within, in jail before they ruin our country.
I mean everything i just wrote sincerely and wont back off it.

The ACLU tprotects the constitution.
They defend the people no one wants to defend for the purpose of perserving our laws.
This Democracy of ours is not for the squeamish. The rights belong to even people you hate.

They don't like you either, acts. They think you are un-American. A disgrace to the constitution. They are sending over Al Sharpton to speak to your employer.

You are one jocular jackass ! ( or is it donkey ? )
How quickly one forgets that the ACLU was protecting the rights of comedian Rush Limbaugh to have his medical records kept private.
But that is different - I understand.

I appreciate the contribution, but let me ask you a question.
How can rights to given people who have no right to be here?
second, how can protecting speech that says how to rape little boys, be what the founding fathers meant.
Your reply will be appreciated friend.

Even though I would sooner employ a well-placed round to the head of anyone choosing to be a member of NAMBLA, the ACLU cannot pick and choose which 1st Amndt. rights it defends. Any compromise will multiply.
If by " suing anything Christian" is in reference to keeping the 10 Commandments out of Courthouses; I say " Good job ACLU, and keep up the good work."
Invoking " God " is merely an attempt to escape justice here and now, under the false pretense that one will be judged upon reaching those pearly gates.
You call it a war on terrorism , I call it mission creep that now includes; and is mainly, a war on personal freedom.
With the illegal alien situation, you shall have no argument from me. Documented illegals should be deported, damn the costs.
We were once, and will one day return to, a nation of laws.
Which is why I took issue with your other points.
Its time to bring back sedition laws, and put these enemies within, in jail before they ruin our country.
And " the decider " would make that decree?
I think not !
A good percentage of our populace would label George Jr. as just such an enemy.

I mean everything i just wrote sincerely and wont back off it. I think that they are a necessary evil. What we need is more common-sense judges.
Again only organizations, actions and thoughts that adhere to what Raymond believes should be allowed in America.
Can anyone say krystallnacht?

So you think it is fine for NAMBLA to prey on kids and the ACLU should help them?

ACLU Statement on Defending Free Speech of Unpopular Organizations (8/31/2000)
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NEW YORK--In the United States Supreme Court over the past few years, the American Civil Liberties Union has taken the side of a fundamentalist Christian church, a Santerian church, and the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. In celebrated cases, the ACLU has stood up for everyone from Oliver North to the National Socialist Party. In spite of all that, the ACLU has never advocated Christianity, ritual animal sacrifice, trading arms for hostages or genocide. In representing NAMBLA today, our Massachusetts affiliate does not advocate sexual relationships between adults and children.
What the ACLU does advocate is robust freedom of speech for everyone. The lawsuit involved here, were it to succeed, would strike at the heart of freedom of speech. The case is based on a shocking murder. But the lawsuit says the crime is the responsibility not of those who committed the murder, but of someone who posted vile material on the Internet. The principle is as simple as it is central to true freedom of speech: those who do wrong are responsible for what they do; those who speak about it are not.
It is easy to defend freedom of speech when the message is something many people find at least reasonable. But the defense of freedom of speech is most critical when the message is one most people find repulsive. That was true when the Nazis marched in Skokie. It remains true today.

The ACLU is more trouble then they are worth.
