Very nice! I can think of two other songs (okay maybe three) that kinda turn me on...I think I will go listen to them in a few minutes...I feel like I need a pick me up right about now.

Yeah thats how i read it too, am so glad i found it, i loved the strokes when i was in my early teens, but hadn't heard from Julian until last week when i stumbled upon that,

Yeah, it was a joint effor by Alex Turner (the lead singer in the Arctic Monkeys) and the lead singer fromThe Rascals, Miles Kane.
They got together and made a one off album 'The Age of the Understatement, some awesome songs on that album.

This one is interesting also...but I really like the Last Shadow Puppets video you posted much better I think (thanks again for showing me that one). The girl in this video has a very nice voice,but I can't really understand what she is singing. I will have to listen to it a few more times though...they have a good style too.

Thanks Chloe! I know I will get through it,it's just going to take time...I found out something today that will actually help,so I feel a little better at least. As far as new relationships are concerned...we shall see. I'm not really out looking (and really never thought about looking to be honest),so if it happens it will be by design I guess.

Yeah I'm the same way my kids were only 3 and 6 when I got divorced and so now they are teens, and I have been alone ten years. I never was interested in anyone period. So I get it !

If it's the right one, I don't think you need to pick them. Sometimes, all it takes is to be in a right spot at the right time. Or maybe to know someone that knows someone. 43 years,that's great! I had an aunt and uncle who shared that same kind of relationship, right up until the day she passed away. They were each others best friend and did everything together.
