It's review time. Our annual review is due next week; our portion, anyway. I'm sitting here thinking...."Now...WHAT exactly have I done all year?"
So far I have:
"Amassed over 35,000 reputation points on Debatepolicy.com."
"Banned Pscyhoblues 12 times"
"Made several of the most-awesome posts ever."

You're supposed to dress it up with the latest buzzwords:
"Darin is a proactive self-starter who tirelessly re-engineers his communication skills viz a viz leadership issues, even outside the company. His work is in conformance with all EEO, OSHA, and ISO-9000 requirements, and he is committed to continuing this performance into the next fiscal year."
See?
