US will hand Iraqis control of Karbala



The title, now for the bias slam:

Karbala will become only the eighth of Iraq's 18 provinces to revert to Iraqi control, despite President Bush's prediction in January that the Iraqi government would have responsibility for security in all of the provinces by November.

Instead of focusing on how much achievement has been done, and how much closer we are to achieving the goals, they instead turn our President's comments about (IMO) when he 'expects' not predicts, the Iraqis to be taking control, into some kind of effing failure.
