New Year, same old shit:rolleyes: Congress isn't even decided yet. If Republicans win House, it won't be by much. Senate isn't by much. So far he's tagged two House Reps, one Senator and possibly a sitting Republican Governor for his Cabinet.

& frankly Musk hands aren't clean, neither are RFK jrs. and Trump himself still has real conflict of interest issues.
But still Based on the rhetoric so far there's going to be some house cleaning.
I suspect we'll get a mix-bag... and some nothing burgers.
Still hoping for more though.

But the lefts spin on it all will be thing that's could kill it all, long term, going forward.
Plus people's natural aversion to change. (unless there's a real or manufactured "emergency", most people prefer the status quo)
People are used to the gov't layering on MORE crap... to "help".
Removing things, even useless things, seems "WRONG" to some people.
To many people have a hoarders mentality (including the military) when it comes to gov't. "i NEED THAT! Don't throw it away!"

The next president & congress, left or right, could reinstate every leaching, controlling & wasteful program and a lot of people would feel relief rather than pain.

Smaller gov't, draining the swamp, more freedom, constitutional limits are great talking point for the right but a hard sell to most when it actually starts happening.

Rubio is aggressive on foreign policy. The choice lines up with what i see coming. Not necessarily war but aggressive radical action.
