So much for moving forward. We're going to retry the Stone Age:rolleyes:

“FDA’s war on public health is about to end,” Kennedy wrote on social media shortly before the election. “This includes its aggressive suppression of psychedelics, peptides, stem cells, raw milk, hyperbaric therapies, chelating compounds, ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, vitamins, clean foods, sunshine, exercise, nutraceuticals and anything else that advances human health and can’t be patented by Pharma. If you work for the FDA and are part of this corrupt system, I have two messages for you: 1. Preserve your records, and 2. Pack your bags.”

how so?

no suppression of psychedelics,
= stone age (stoned age, ok we agree on this one)

no suppression of peptides,
= stone age?
no suppression of stem cells treatments,
= stone age?
no suppression of raw milk,
= stone age?
hyperbaric therapies,
= stone age?
no suppression of chelating compounds,
= stone age?
no suppression of ivermectin,
= stone age?
no suppression of hydroxychloroquine,
= stone age?
no suppression of vitamins,
= stone age?
no suppression of clean foods,
= stone age?
no suppression of sunshine,

no suppression of exercise,
= stone age?
no suppression of nutraceuticals and anything else that advances human health and can’t be patented by Pharma.
= stone age?

How so?

Sounds like Stone Age to you maybe Gunny. But to me it sounds like MEDICAL FREEDOM.

Maybe you're not aware or bothered by the decades of systematic suppression and onerous regulations surrounding, vitamins, health foods & various non pharmaceutical treatments by the FDA and other agencies.
Not for public "safety" as they claim, but layered on as thinly veiled CRONY CAPITALISTIC PROTECTIONISM() for Big Pharma and Aig AG.

Yes well, I'm sure If you like your pharmaceuticals you can keep your pharmaceuticals.
And we all know that big pharma has never killed or disabled anyone with their FDA approved medications.
So enjoy.
Maybe some extra FDA approved fluoride in our toothpaste & water too.

Got news for you, jack. I'm the last person to resort to pharmaceuticals. I've been doing the vitamins, herbs and natural crap first since you were in diapers. I'm quite educated on the topic, matter of fact.

There's a reason for pharmaceuticals and when that's the option, I'm not going to let myself die just to suit your or RFK, Jr's notions. That last being the exact reason I'm skeptical of witch doctors.

just wondering why, when you do it, it's A-Ok sensible activity, but when I or RFK jr says practically the same things it's "Witch Doctor" activity gunny.
What up with that man?

Seems you're just throwing negative crap on it before it's even out.
Why?

Just for fun?

One, I don't like him. Conspiracy theorists have no place making decisions for others. Two, which is follow-on to one: there's a big difference in what I choose to do for myself and him making decisions that affect the entire population.

I also have a big issue with someone on testosterone therapy who claiming it's not being on steroids when it is EXACTLY that. And I can go on for pages about the effects of steroids for pages, good and bad, that voice of his being one.

The obvious: why are you willing to change your stance on "freedom" when whether it's Junior, CDC or whoever, it's STILL government telling you what you can and can't do. Only difference I see is because he's saying something you want to hear. That's got NOTHING to do with freedom.

You are correct about one thing: He's officially nobody yet. Even then, it'll depend on what he can get away with.

Seems to me he wants to ALLOW more to be done, which mean more freedom.
Rather than the CDC FDA making the narrower decisions.

Ok.
you don't like his personal medical choices. Or his mischaracterization of it.
Ok, i get it.

.

I want to hear about freedom, so yeah more unrestricted choice & options in natural & alt remedies, food, & info sounds good to me.

Seems to me he wants to grant people more of their God given freedoms. And remove more harmful chemicals no one ask for.
When the FDA bans certain chemical food additives or pharma meds from the market I've never complained about that. That's their job. I complain about corps unfairly influencing the feds to approve/allow dangerous drugs & food additives and the FEDs putting restrictions on the corporation's small & nature based competition. And restrictions/bans on safe (if not effective) natural alternatives.

What freedom(s) do you think RFK jr wants to take away that I should be railing against?
Is he planing on shutting down companies he doesn't like or something?

He's not qualified to decide what's best for anyone, IMO. I don't care what he's selling. Paying Don Quixote to fight imagined dragons is not my idea of time nor tax dollars well-spent. You shouldn't worry too much though. He's apparently going to get his chance.

He's not qualified... because he doesn't agree with you.
About vaccines I guess.

Thing is, we've had plenty of Pfizer & other big pharma executives with just business degrees at all levels of that govt space for years.
I don't recall you complaining about their qualifications.
Plus most of the things the FDA ends up banning is because environmental lawyers like RFK jr have brought it to the FDA's attention in fact filled winning lawsuits.
If the FDA had been "qualified" the items wouldn't have been on the market in the 1st place.

But hey, "not qualified" ok.
But again, He wants to open the door for the people decide what's best for their own health concerning treatments, rather than letting Big Pharma narrow the field to their products.

You know, so people wont have to SUE drs & hospitals to use ivermectin and the like. As happened during covid. So qualified drs can practice medicine without the FDA stopping them from using FDA APPROVED medications... as happened during covid.

I wish it were windmills instead of real dragons.

Isn't that how all people do it? What exactly are his qualifications to be in charge of anything that has to do with health? Anti-vaccine activist qualifies him to be an environmental lawyer, which he is, not anything to do with anyone's health.

Maybe Trump should put HIM in the EPA and Lee Zeldin somewhere he's qualified and has any kind of history?

Conspiracy theorist is a disqualifier for public office for me regardless which party. We've got bigger, real problems to deal with that don't include imagined ones:rolleyes:

Here he mention removing yellow dye #3 (oil derivative) from the food supply (including some health foods 7 vitamins) ... as most other nations have since it's a known cause of cancers and a list of 5 or six other aliments.

He mentions that as 1 example of chemicals (he names a few) that are known to cause harm alone... and no one knows what it & others do collectively.

Robert Kennedy Jr. on how FDA gets nearly half of their budget from Big Pharma companies and CDC makes much of its money via vaccine patents
"CDC, which is another one of the HHS sub-agencies. spends $4.9 billion annually of its $12 billion budget buying and distributing vaccines. So it's really a vaccine company. It's not a regulatory aid agency. That's about 40% of its budget. NIH, CDC has vaccine patents. So the vaccines that it's pushing, it has 57 vaccine patents. is making royalties on. NIH has thousands of patents, many of them for vaccines."

"For example, Tony Fauci's agency owns half Moderna patent and stands to make billions and billions of dollars on sales of the Moderna vaccine. Four of Tony Fauci's top aides also have patent rights to Moderna. So Tony Fauci can assign patent rights to his favored loyalist within his agency."

"And they then get to keep $150,000 a year for the rest of their lives on a product they're supposed to be regulating. Tony Fauci owns patents on drugs that he has developed. And so it's, you know, the regulatory function has been essentially subsumed by the commercial and mercantile aspects of vaccine production."

Still waiting for you to point out anything he's said that's false.

I know you think vaccines are wonderful. But what SPECIFICALLY has RJK Jr said about anything that you can show to be False. Rather than what you, personally, don't like.

If you can't point to anything but vague generalities & personal gripes about his framing of steroids, then your accusations are on the same level as "Russian Collusion" & "Everyone KNOWS it came from a wet market". Just bs status quo smoke to try and protect the establishment POV.

You might want to look into what he says a bit more to get a broader view, or take the personality out of it.
You're already doing a lot of what RJK jr is pointing too.
But hey some of us old folks have a hard time changing our minds about things we've relied on.
No worries.
