Newsome is terrified democracy might leak back into CA. Looking at the voting map earlier, there's a LOT more red than 2 years ago :) Leticia James is talking the same BS as Newsome. A one pundit put it, they think they are going too be the leaders of the "resistance":rolleyes:

I just hope those listening to the histrionics this time around remember what happened when they caved to them in 2020 (they won't).

The people that put him in, truth be told his very devoted, not the wishy washy like some of us-myself included, need to be out there encouraging the elected to mind the people or face the next election. Heck, even the wishy washy can speak up to the delusional they come across in the sense of saying the next election cycle will take care of any concerns.

I think the voters spoke to where the left is going. Of course, the left doesn't see it. Rather than seeing this election as some special mandate for Trump, I see it as a referendum against the left. Trump scored votes from all across the board while the Dems was, as reported earlier, supported by wealthy, non-religious college grads. That latter sounds a LOT to me like exactly who we saw tearing up campuses last school year.

Now, will they remember it 4 years from now? We'll see.
