I support the death penalty. In no doubt cases. I do not support executing this man. Sentenced to death for "shaken baby", which, according to some is "junk science" and been debunked. The mitigating circumstances are compelling and leave enough doubt in my mind that his sentence should at least be commuted to life, and let the lawyers argue away.
If they kill him and it turns out to be wrong, they can't bring him back to life.
