Leaking this type of information, shining a light on the holes between this administration-NOT the US as a whole-is both pandering for the MI votes, while perhaps forcing Israel to move more strongly and sooner than planned. You might want to check out what is missing in c & p:

Is it presidential politics, genuine concern for conditions in Gaza, or an expression of the longstanding hatred for Bibi Netanyahu?
It is probably a combination of all three, along with a huge dose of Joe Biden being wrong every single time when it comes to foreign policy.
Whatever the reason, the Biden administration, in the person of Secretary of State Blinken, is threatening Israel with a cutoff of aid unless it does more to improve conditions for civilians in Gaza.
The political pressure on the administration is immense, partly because they seem unwilling to push back hard against the pro-Hamas propaganda in the media and from the United Nations. Democrats have an antisemitism problem on the left, are worried about losing the vote of antisemites, and the younger people in the MSM and Democratic Party talk of Israel as nothing but a bunch of colonialists committing genocide.
It's all BS, of course. Things are bad in Gaza thanks to Hamas' insistence on putting civilians at risk in the middle of a war zone and their willingness to steal humanitarian supplies, but Israel is working hard to preserve civilian lives. Unfortunately, the media has a Narrative they want to enforce, and they do so.
Israel is in the middle of a fight for its very existence. The Biden administration has both supported the country with weapons and air defense (good!) and hampered the war effort by making ridiculous demands for impossible cease-fires, restraint in fighting terrorist organizations, and for the country to sit back and take whatever incoming fire is aimed at them. This war might already have been over if Biden hadn't been pressuring Israel to restrain its war effort.
What they're saying: In the letter, Blinken and Austin said recent evacuation orders issued by the IDF to the population in Gaza have forced about 1.7 million Palestinians into a small strip of land on the Gaza coast, exposing them to dangerous diseases.
They added that international aid organizations claim they can't address the needs of Palestinian civilians and that trucks of humanitarian aid paid for by the U.S. are being held up by Israel at the border crossings with Gaza.
The U.S. officials said in the letter that recent Israeli policies, including limiting the movement of humanitarian aid delivery between southern and northern Gaza, new regulations that make it harder to supply aid to Gaza and increased lawlessness and looting accelerated the deterioration of conditions in Gaza.
"The amount of assistance entering Gaza in September was the lowest of any month during the past year ... to reverse the downward humanitarian trajectory as consistent with its assurances to us, Israel must, starting now and within 30 days act on the following concrete measures," Blinken and Austin wrote.
They added: "Failure to demonstrate a sustained commitment to implementing and maintaining these measures may have implications for U.S. policy under NSM-20 and relevant U.S. law (weapons supply)."
Zoom in: Blinken and Austin listed a series of demands, including the permanent transfer of 350 aid trucks daily to the Gaza Strip through all four current border crossings as well as the opening of a fifth border crossing.
The Biden administration has fed into the propaganda that Israel has not been protecting civilians the best it can under the circumstances. They are fighting terrorists who hide among civilians, fire rockets from schools and even homes, and who readily admit that they want to martyr as many Palestinians as possible.
The most absurd thing is that Blinken is demanding that Israel work with the UNRWA, which is an accomplice to Hamas. UNRWA employees participated int he October 7th attacks, have held hostages for Hamas, teach children to be terrorists, and have allowed Hamas to use UN resources against Israel. The organization should be disbanded.
Instead, if rumors are true, they will get a Nobel Prize.
A Nobel Peace Prize. For harboring terrorists. Very on-brand.
In the letter, Blinken and Austin expressed concern about a bill that is pending in the Knesset to sever ties between the Israeli government and UNRWA and to change the status-quo towards the organization in Jerusalem.
They noted they share Israeli concerns regarding the alleged participation of UNRWA personnel in the Hamas attack on Oct. 7, but stressed the passage of such a law would be devastating for the humanitarian effort in the Gaza Strip at a critical time and would prevent education and welfare services for tens of thousands of Palestinians in Jerusalem.
They emphasized this too could constitute a violation of U.S. laws.
Blinken and Austin demanded Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu exercise his powers and influence over Knesset members so the bill doesn't pass.
I really can't say how much this has to do with placating the terrorist-loving left and how much has to do with the standard terrible judgment the Biden people have. After all, they have spent years helping Iran, the center of all this mess. They really could just be this stupid.
