I don't think these have the impact you're assuming they do. In fact, the reason they are giving such large numbers is to tie everyone up checking and defending or agreeing. It's nonsense.
It's not the 'lies' that would bring Trump down, it would be some outrageous claim or statement. I don't think he's going down that road this time.

CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC and all the other usual suspects are frantically throwing everything but the kitchen sink at the wall - but it's not working.
I'm still in disbelief that the idiots ran the most unpopular VP in US history after pulling a blatant coup and ousting Biden. Don't get me wrong, he's a real dirtbag, and now a senile dirtbag and I don't feel sorry for him - but that was some dirty pool. Completely against all their own rules, but they did it anyway - which is kind of their MO these days : doesn't matter if it's proper, legal or ethical, we're going to do it anyway and damn the consequences.
No, this election is all but wrapped up. Barring some earthshaking October Surprise or a monumental screwup by Trump in HD, he's going to be our president. And with a GOP Senate, too, it looks like which means at least 2 more SCOTUS picks, and that's good news for America.
I'm very much looking forward to the commie libs squealing. I've been offering the more rabid libs $100 for a clip of them as the results are announced and recreating that famous green-jacketed he/she howling that mournful 'Arrrooooo!' but no takers yet - just ungrateful curses hurled my way. I was just trying to be helpful and preserve history. :happy0203::happy0203::happy0203:
I'm hoping for a Reaganesqe 1980 spanking, but I don't think it'll carry that far... but just maybe! Trump performs at least 5 points better than the polls show, so this might be close to Reagan's feat.

Oh, and I got myself banned from Facebook again until November 4th. Zuckerberg can eat a dick! This is what happens when you give me painkillers and put me in front of a computer on bedrest all day. Shenanigans soon follow and I've left a trail of very angry libs & muslims internationally.
Something I didn't know until recently is that Australia & New Zealand are LOADED with rabid libs. They're every bit as vile as Virgil, Gabby or Pyschobabble. Something went very wrong over there in the last few years. Canada has a lot too, but nothing like AU and NZ.

I guess you'll have to define outrageous claims or statements to me. I'm not sure where the new standard starts. A LOT of his rhetoric are outrageous claims or statements IMO.
I take leftwing articles like this with a grain of salt, as they are most times outrageous themselves. Nothing new that Dems/MSM are driving home at every turn their usual "all is lost for the Republicans" message.
At the same time, the bar of acceptability for Trump's antics appears to have been lowered on the right. Being stuck with him as the only defense against the leftist machine hasn't transformed his behavior into an icon of virtue with me.

So much of Trump is just bloviating distractions that appeal to the original and most loyal of supporters. They find it endearing or something I do not claim to understand. The only reasons I'm voting for Trump is that the alternative is Harris, that is going to be much worse than Biden has been on domestic policies, economics, and foreign affairs. Most dangerous time for all 3 imo, since I've been an adult.
Like most, I'm voting against the other guy.
Question will be, who do more people that vote, dislike most?

The "point", if there is one, to posting this CNN hatchet job is THIS is what is out there. This is what the MSM is feeding the left. One would think Trump would have figured it out by now. His not giving a damn has gotten him where? In a virtual tie with a blithering idiot. Yet he keeps on. Haitians in Ohio are eating peoples' pets. FEMA money was spent on illegal immigrants. No one's helping NC because it's rural conservative areas that got hit. All the way back to stolen election.
He needs to stop already. HE has made this race close. It certainly isn't anything that babbling airhead Harris has done.
I'm leaning toward doing what I said I would not and vote for him on the simple basis that Harris is scarier than the current brain dead POS the Dems have foisted upon us. It certainly is not for him. I haven't forgotten a single reason why said I would not vote for him again. And he's just adding to it.
Be that as it may, the people affected by his antics aren't his die-hard followers, the Ne'er Trumpers, nor people like you and me. It's the undecided, middle of the road types and he does more to drive them away than try and earn their vote.

I can't disagree with any of that. One thing I forgot in my reasoning for voting for the least bad choice; how Democrats have behaved the past 8+ years. From false dossier paid for by dems, ripping up SOTU Speech, never-ending impeachment, adding to problems of 1/6 to create present narrative, unhinged lawfare political suits, weaponization of executive agencies. All of this and more.

I've been trying to succinctly summarize the last 3 POTUS election cycles and I think I've finally nailed it.
2016: hillary vs hillary; hillary lost.
2020: trump vs not-trump; trump lost.
2024: empty suit vs empty pant-suit; stay tuned...
An empty suit will be filled with whatever you want to fill it with. Hopes/dreams/anti-him/anti-her/etc. that it doesn't really matter what they say or stand for; you can just believe that your candidate agrees with you. For what it's worth; I think there's a little more clear policy with trump than harris. Good or bad doesn't necessarily matter, they sound good.

I can't disagree. I do hope that the spending stops increasing, which it certainly did in his first term. I've never bought, still don't that he'd rule as a conservative-at best what can be said is he is now a NYC Republican. Anywhere else, he'd be a democrat. I think he's been better on foreign than Biden, which is not saying much, but Biden has been horrendously dangerous. Kamala was with him every step of the way.
