I'm having a hard time differentiating between the pro life political crowd and the woke activists. The end justifies the means depending on the cause? Or is minding everyone else's business minding everyone else's business.

Trump appointed the Justices that overturned Roe and sent abortion back to the States. More than anyone else accomplished since the ruling. Apparently not good enough.

What they need to realize is trump is trying to win (i think). The baby killing baal worshipping b"s came out in droves with a vengeance in 2022 right after roe was overturned.

Im pretty sure pro-lifers know what Trump is trying to do.
the thing is Pro-lifer look at the abortion issue the same way other conservatives look at the Boarder or Gun rights.

If Trump had managed to build a wall in his 1st term. then decided to not seriously enforce or strengthen immigration laws and let illegals drill holes in the wall because he was afraid he was going to loose some votes, then some conservatives would rightly make noise about how Trump is betraying the country. His previous actions wouldn't be forgotten, but the fact he's backed off the issue shows that he really doesn't want to take political heat to continue to deal with the problem. It shows that he thinks it's not really an issue worth fighting for.

The general lack of many conservatives to take the abortion issue as seriously as other issues is one reason it's taken 50+ years to move the needle back.

What do most conservative politicians work for no matter what the political winds or political cost?
Often it's MIC/war, foreign aid, and Big biz/Banks.
Everything else can be used as carrots to get votes, & completely sacrificed if it's perceived as political liability.

There's an argument that says i can't change anything or improve anything if i don't win.

That would require getting off their emotional high horses and doing something that matters. Like think.

At the DNC this year.
A real life American Sterilization bus.
Seems they are not concerned about losing votes to promote this horror show.

They think most Americans are for this?
seriously?
Do we move the needle by saying nothing so we don't upset anyone.

If we say, without compromise, it should be illegal, except in the case of rape or life of the mother.
Is that's too extreme for people to consider when they are promoting and legalizing abortion until birth?

And if we post a few pictures... OMGoodness we're just being wrong to SHOW PICTURES of what's legal to do to children. that's too much...
It's inflammatory. Too extreme. emotional. Killing them is OK for one side to do, but pictures are over the top & bad taste for the opponents.

Better to let it happen until maybe one day people will get closer to thinking it's wrong.
Gradually.
Because maybe if we DON'T talk about it, or never ask people to really think about what it is, or never ask anyone to vote against it.
Maybe in 50 more years, people will wise up and it will be safe for politician to speak of being prolife.
But now, folks can't be on an emotional high horse.
A few 10s of thousands more babies under the bus is just the cost of doing business. have to be practical.
we need dem votes.
But saving Ukraine is absolutely necessary spending, whatever money it takes (to the point of possible provoking world war) , and ignoring the naysayers from either...any... party... for the lands of Ukraine we need to stand strong for that politically to the point of NOT GIVING our votes to those who would shirk our responsibilities overseas.
We must help fight bullies at all cost... in foreign countries. That's rational and not emotional thinking.
But trying to stop the killing of millions of American children ever year for decades... that's too controversial & emotional to stand up for. Republicans need to back off... & we should still support those politicians who keep quiet about abortion despite the fact they dont want to say or do anymore on that issue. They have to get elected right? get elected and do important things.

There has to be a special place in Hell for Planned Parenthood. They are just evil people.
