There's no Bill required. No legislation required. The Donald stopped it with a pen. This Biden's policy, not law allowing this to happen.

Are Republican't's pointing this out high and low at every turn, anytime media asks? No. Senate Republicans are acting like it's needed and the House obstructionists are threatening to do what they do without the aforementioned loudspeaker blaring the facts at every turn.

House GOP is going to take the fall because they are too stupid to address the real issue and the Senate Republicans just want to play "bipartisan".
