They should rightly lose. The vaccine is approved. Conspiracy theories have done nothing to alter that fact. No one was discharged for not taking a vaccine. They were discharged for refusing to obey lawful orders. The vaccine is merely the circumstance, not the crime itself.

Not that it isn't in the realm of possibilities given the stupidity of government as of late, but the government cannot afford to open this can of worms by giving in. Kiss having what's left of an effective military goodbye if it does.

I don't think the vaccine had FDA approval until 2021. Troops were forced to take it under the EUA


EUAs can be used by the FDA during public health emergencies to provide access to medical products that may be effective in preventing, diagnosing, or treating a disease, provided that the FDA determines that the known and potential benefits of a product, when used to prevent, diagnose, or treat the disease, outweigh the known and potential risks of the product.

So .. just because it was used under the EUA doesn't mean it wasn't experimental.
