I agree that Ukraine needs to do an accounting, I've not a problem with that. What the anti-funders actually are fighting for is to pull out, letting the war spread to Poland or Czech just the way Putin has said. They are really doing what the Squad is doing in Israel.

I have from the beginning stated aid to Ukraine should be accounted for. Never been for blank checks or :all this crap is obsolete, box it up and send it" without accounting for it.

I'm not for dropping so much as a thin dime on Afghanistan. I never was. Had no problem with going after the Taliban for harboring bin Laden, and no problem at all with going after bin Laden. Once again, mission creep found us propping up a government that was more interested in self-enrichment than governing, the results being it and its military vanishing into thin air the second Joe Bungler decided to see just how FUBAR he could turn bugging out into. Not to mention his negotiating with the Taliban.
