Definitely not a fan of Juan Williams. Matter of fact, can't stand him.
On the other hand, I do not recall at any point in time any judge having any problems with gagging defendants. must be nice to be an elitist. Trump's mouth is out of control even more than it was when he was President.

I don't have to agree with Williams on most things to agree with him on this. Trump has had more chances than others would have received, indeed he's still out on bond, so a gag order is actually a conservative solution.

I agree. I think he can state that he believes the 2020 election was stolen without commenting on people and/or court cases pending. For real, unless he's got a rabbit in his hat he cannot prove it and his followers are taking it on faith that he is correct to begin with. Same with Jan 6th.
But he wants his court cases tried in the court of public opinion and the media rather than courts of law. He's got a better chance of winning that way.
