The whole 'stolen' thing, most especially phone call to GA and shenanigans in PA, I'm not positive.
1/6 just proved to me that he shouldn't be or should not have been President.
His dealing with the papers, especially if proven he tried to conceal them, beyond the pale.

If convicted though, I'd be willing to find some consideration for Congressional and Executive persecutions.
