This bears watching, as it could lead to war. As in a WW3 if it gets out of hand, imho.

I would say it depends on who exactly is the owner of the comm cables. Strictly speaking, if Ukraine does not own them, there is hardly justification. Then again, there's no justification for invading Ukraine to begin with.

Russia puts whatever spin it wants on anything it wants, and its drooling lapdogs nod their heads. It's either going to or not. I suggest this could have been thrown against the wall to gauge the usual overreaction from politicians flapping their gums to Western media.
