The premise is sound, not enough real representation.
However IMO the primary problem with congress (the other branches too) is not the size, but the fact that they've all overstepped their authority.
They've assume to control TO MUCH.
The constitutional limits of their authority have been overreached LONG ago and by miles.

There'd be little need for "more" congress people if the States and Local gov'ts actually handled the what the congress (& federal gov't in general) have unconstitutionally taken on.
ALSO if gov't stayed out of many areas all together that they should never be in.

Hmm, interesting. It would be a step closer to democracy. I would also demand we repeal the 17th Amendment to restore more of the original constitutionality of the Constitution. Not sure it would be less time consuming but it would mean more constituent work.
