While it will more than likely increase litigation given the left's penchant for it, IMO, the Court needs to throw this out. Tossing anything not specifically covered specifically by law to the nearest federal bureaucracy for a decision is just too convenient to the Federal government's political overreach. The EPA and FDA, especially under current admin, are poster children for this crap

When has defeat in court ever stopped the left? It's like destroying a leftwingnut's unhinged argument on a message board. Put all that time, effort, research into blowing it out of the water and what does the lefty do? Start a new thread on the same topic with a different title stating the the same lame crap they did the first time. My observation and personal experience with the tactic is you just quit bothering until all that remains is their BS.

Same here. The left just never stops attacking the rules until it gets a favorable court or they sneak something in when no one's looking. The left and its brainwashed dummies have determined that we need to chase this tail as we have every other Chicken Little tail/tale it comes up with. Selling to the mindless that the government/left is God and it's doom and gloom and suffering is going to somehow alter the climate on a rock hurtling through space.

Any attempt been made to prepare for a change in the climate? Not for nor by the masses. We, the sheeple, have been assured government is going to stop it :rolleyes:
