The only game Dems know how to play and win. Filing frivolous, partisan-political lawsuits is what's unethical. This one has fishing expedition written all over it.

Definitely trolling aren't you?FTR and not a partisan comment: I seriously dislike frivolous lawsuits regardless who's filing them about what. Dems using them as a means to obstruct anything GOP/Republican just makes it all the more a means to backdoor the (will of) the People and the Law.

Using our freedoms/Rights to undermine our freedoms/Rights is definitely a sore spot with me and something I made mention of to Rev in a different thread.
