Verdict to be determined by who the deceased voted for :)
Given current parameter that early voting is allowed, I can go either way on this argument. It was this person's intent.
Before Kathianne beats me with a rolling pin, this is a good example of why I am against early voting without a legit reason. I don't consider "I might die before the election" a legit reason. I don't consider most "reasons" currently in use as legit.
The cynic in me has to wonder if this person was terminal and rushed by a vote harvester to fill in the blanks and sign before the line went flat.
