The UK, Germany and the US sending tanks to Ukraine. Poland has received permission from Germany to also send Leopard II's. Everyone knows what's coming in the Spring.
Of course, Russia is making more threats over the decision, and blaming the "US-led NATO" for pushing the Doomsday Clock. Really. Withdraw. I bet no one invades Russia.

Are we sure putins threats are empty?Does it matter whether or not they are? Context: IMO, given current circumstances, I would call it sabre-rattling. Change the circumstance and you possibly change the answer.

It seems to me most strange that men should fear, seeing that death, a necessary end, will come when it will come.” - ShakespeareCow down to this idiot and there will be no end to the like-minded idiots that get in line behind him. Easier to stop him now than have to stop them all later.

I wasn't sure if this was tongue-in-cheek? (I hate when that happens).
Talking Russia here, 'enemies' is a matter of what time it is:

I was actually thinking western heads of state and more in particular when Lindsey Graham made that what I thought was dangerous remark maybe six months ago.In a perfect World (a statement that is more farce and fantasy than it will ever be reality), I'd be all for FTW, let it handle its own problems. The second we dropped an atomic bomb and more importantly allowed the plans to be stolen, WE made the World OUR problem.
ANY or all of these bad actors out of control, unchecked and taking what they want is everybody's problem in a nuclear World. Historically, nukes or not, unchecked aggression always ends up everyone else's problem, and there is more to un-fuck for turning a blind eye to it. Does anyone honestly believe if Putin is appeased in Ukraine he will stop? I'm just surprised he went after Ukraine without finishing the job he started in Georgia. This clown wants to rebuild the Soviet Union.
If the battleground is not Ukraine now, it will be Poland/Finland/Romania/Slovakia/Moldova tomorrow.
Of bigger concern is Dipshit in the WH involving us without doing anything toward gearing up to be able handle the fallout. In fact, he has done more to disarm us than any President since Carter. Even Clinton wasn't as incompetent as this fool. I say that last bit while half-believing he's doing it on purpose.
The fact remains that Russia, China, Iran and those like them with nuclear capability are threats to the World. Even that little toad in North Korea that needs squashing.

I think I saw that Russia was committing another 200,000 troops to Ukraine and a whole new offensive?

Are we afraid to see what happens if we step back from "helping"?You mean after Russia once again subjugated Ukraine? Given Russia's tactics, strategy and goals haven't changed a bit since Peter the Great?

Sometimes good guys have to actually step up and do the right thing and stop the bad guys. It only gets more complicated when the selfish start making excuses "why not".
