From a technically legal standpoint, I agree with the dissent. The Supreme Court is not not designed, no should it be used to, fill the void of the legislature refusing to (or incapable of) do(ing) its job.
IMO, this is a loser, and I hope all these AGs have a lawsuit in the queue addressing the fact that the Joe Bingler admin is not enforcing current, Federal immigration law. Having the Supreme Court address actual, relevant law instead of a temporary measure, limited in scope, to address an issue that apparently is over only depending on who you talk to.
The Biden admin still wants you to mask up and get your vaccination, but unvaccinated, 3rd World criminal invaders and what-all they're bringing with them is no threat :rolleyes:
