Disagree. Civilians can have their damned anarchy if they want. Our military has enough problems given current lack of leadership without allowing troops to just do whatever the f- they want. Get your damned shot or get out. My ass I want half my company on the sick, lame -n- lazy list rendering it ineffective because of some "rights".
The military is a team. Individuals with "rights" to question every damned thing break down the team. Go home. Die on your own time.
