Wtf is an "Illinoisian"? I kind like "Illini" better, FWIW :)
Illinois already has gun laws that circumvent the Constitution. Instead of registering the firearm, the State requires the owner to be registered to possess firearms and/or ammo. I can imagine what the folks that live in CI will be all over giving a crap
A beautiful State to live in made uninhabitable by Chicago politics.
