FYI. Just my opinion. Russia grabbed too much too soon. Over-extended lines and piss-poor command and control. Reorganization and consolidation is what I would assume. No way do I believe Putin is done. I think he's trying to hold as much as possible while restarting from scratch, planning to resume his attack when he's ready.
