Already planning the "recounts"

Anyone know off the top of their head how many Republicans have won these "recounts" and/or voting extensions? I can't think of any since Gore tried to hijack 2000.

The polls had barely closed with 1% reporting and Newsom was declared winner.

^They don't go by precincts reporting.

Then what does the % Reporting mean? I understood that it meant 1% of the votes cast had actually been counted. And yet they declared Newsom winner.

Probably the precincts counted and reported. The media calls it based on exit polling likely. But I could have called it for Newsom from GA without leaving my computer.
