When I was a kid there was guy who ran a military surplus store. He had a t-shirt with the American flag on it. It said "you can burn this flag as long as it's wrapped around your gasoline soaked body. If that doesn't kill you, I will".
That would certainly present the neutrality you're looking for. :laugh:
