That's Michael Franzese! He was a mob leader at one point. His videos/stories are awesome. One of the rare few to bail on the mob AND talk about it, and is still alive!

If I remember correctly this was one of the guys that cracked open my eyes, maybe 20+ years ago, to why the Drugs problem is the way it is.

In an interview he was asked, a couple of times in different ways, how to deal with illegal Drugs.
he dodge it a couple of times but finally said something like.
"Look, you're not going to solve the drug problem, their are to many important people involved"
and he left it at that.
