Actually a smart move. DeSantis is crushing his opponent and needs no help, so an official endorsement might turn off voters who otherwise would have voted for him.

Rubio needs a boost, apparently, so Trump is helping out. Besides, Rubio stuck up for Trump more than a few times.

There's been a lot of reporters trying to fan up flames between DeSantis and Trump, but neither have taken the bait. I hope it remains that way, but we'll have to see what comes about in '24.
