Woke college students have developed an infectious disease with an 80% kill rate. I feel better already what with everything wrong with that picture :rolleyes:

EVEN IF working on a better vaccine/antibody/whatever, why would they need to create a strain that's more deadly? Seems to me killing the one that's there should suffice. I'm sure they have some "National defense/public good" excuse.

Why is this not under the strict control of the CDC which is better than nothing? Nothing being what this is.

I'm not against bio research for good. We have all benefited from it. And I don't even want to hear the "natural immunity" argument. I'm all for natural immunity and doing what you can to boost it. I'm not lining up my box of vitamins, mineral and herbs against Plague I or II, polio, TB. Hell, natural immunity doesn't even stop STDs, much less a virus designed to kill.

this is just more bureaucratic self-preservation placed above the good of the people. Disease is a money making industry where all these research companies get paid by the government to find everything but a cure. A cure puts them out of business.
