Be nice if Barrett had provided an explanation. Only one I can come up with is not giving the Dems something to further to rally around for midterms. IMO, the topic deserves more than a brush off. Just not now.

More of an explanation. Not a better one, IMO. The group suing doesn't have a right to sue the government. The government has deemed it unworthy.


Under normal circumstances, taxpayers don’t have a general right to sue the government over how it uses taxpayer funds.
