I think Greece and Turkey both being members of NATO says a whole bunch about that august group's ability to accomplish nothing. Turkey is the aggressor. For some reason the UN keeps looking at Greece. Afghan and Syrian refugees don't come from the Balkans. They're crossing Turkey. Turkey is using them as well as anything else it can to dispute the border and take Greek land.
