I've been through 3 hurricanes in FL. I "evacuated" once. Three typhoons in the Marine Corps. Was on a ship for one of them. There was no place to evacuate to :laugh: The other two I followed thee plan one out of two.
I'm surprised the death toll isn't higher. People are going to do what they are going to do.
There was also a hurricane in 79-ish that was supposed to slam straight into Miami. We woke next morning to a little rain. It had bounced off the coast and hit the Orlando area instead. Nit-picking when the "official order" is given is the left looking for anything it can sling at DeSantis. They already blame him for asking for Federal aid like every other state does when it's hit by a hurricane. Except Louisiana :rolleyes:
