If he's going to do it, he needs to get on with it and take the plunge. Trump's eyeballs will probably pop out of his head. Tough. IMO, DeSantis can unify the Republican Party. Trump has already shown he cannot.

The media already thinks he is going to do it. They have set out to ruin him already just as they would any conservative with a real chance on standing on stage with Joey Bribes and making a complete fool of the drooling idiot.

Other anti trumpers would have to unite with him. Alla the Dems with Biden in 2020. If it's trump up there with 15 other candidates, you might as well coronate Donald as nominee.

Anyone not factoring it in is walking into a baseball bat blindfolded.

I had an idea no one will ever try even if they think of it. It is a daunting task, to say the least. How did Trump manage to get his message out in 2016? Social media. They've fixed that since as we saw in 2020.

I think the candidate will have to get off his/her ass and out in front of the people, like they used to before TV, regardless how many places they have to go and/or babies hugged and hands shaken. Get out in front of the people. Get interview time on local news shows that are more than happy to have a celebrity regardless which side they're one.

Yes, there would have to be more to it than that, but it's a place to start.
