Yeah, we all want our pound of flesh, but the sentence doesn't appear to be out of line. Except the part where we know he isn't going to spend in 5 days in general population.
For a first time DUI here, you get the DUI course, usually 1 year probation and the breathing machine in your vehicle.
I was hoping for an execution and expecting a slap on the wrist.
