FYI. I'd say this isn't good. My argument leans more toward this is what happens when you overload finite water sources with non-stop people. The water source in fact gets smaller as the number of people get bigger. It can been seen throughout the SW and Western states.
Government misuse and Corporate greed supersedes responsible use/allocation of natural resources.
