CDC officials told reporters the new guidelines are an acknowledgement that most of the population has some form of protection from the virus, either from prior infection or from vaccination, and are unlikely to become seriously ill.

Basically they're saying those who are not vaccinated are protected same as vaccinated. We were called conspiracy theorists for saying that since day one. Oh no, they said ... you must get vaccinated to be protected.

It doesn't really say that. It's an acknowledgement that the covid of today is not the covid of yesterday for various reasons. The outcomes of vaccinated vs not were wildly different a year ago than today. And considering 2/3 of the country chose to get vaccinated decries just "natural immunity." 4/5 have some level of vaccination.

Last i checked they are still recommending same experimental vaccines for the "covid of today".
(Which they claim is so dangerous that they are giving it to children.)
And it's also the same natural immunity gained from all the other variants which seems to work against the "covid of today".... and yesterday.
