Now the dangerous virus is spreading fast all over the world.Health experts agree: the outbreak could soon qualify as a pandemic, if it doesn’t already. And the situation is likely to get worse before it gets better. “We are in uncharted territory with this outbreak… and still early in the event,” James Lawler, an infectious disease expert and a colleague of Wiley at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, told The Daily Beast.

The latest figures from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control are startling. The CDC tallied (https://www.cdc.gov/poxvirus/monkeypox/response/2022/world-map.html) 9,647 infections as of July 11. That’s a fourfold increase compared to just a month ago...

Do we overreact (again) to a virus? or

Do we think like my and look at any and everything "drama-worthy" from the left/MSM/government pre-midterms with 999.99 percent skepticism? No one's convinced me yet China didn't let COVID "escape" the lab in Wuhan just in time to affect the outcome of the 2020 election.

Odd how biology appears to favor Dem histrionics just before elections :rolleyes:

On the other hand, the reality of its existence cannot be ignored.

I don't trust the media or the govt, to be truthful about anything. They have proven themselves unworthy time and again and for that reason this is a complicated issue. The problem is that the virus is out there and making its way around, but it is a midterm election year and it is not beyond the globalist trash out there to push to lock us all down again.

I agree. It comes down to "How are the people going to handle it if/when it happens again?"

I hate gambling with the future of the Nation, BUT ... I'd half-almost like to see the Biden admin try to lock down the country again ahead of the midterms. I lean towards that would be the final straw for the Dems. For that reason, I'll venture a guess that the Dems will break out all their other Chicken Little paranoia apparatus but not go as far as lockdown until after midterms.

Problem with them is, how to top their own act? They're already using the heatwave to predict imminent and immediate doom without passing Biden's climate change BS. Inconvenient that we're still here :laugh:

And don't forget Fauci suggests another COVID booster :rolleyes:

It isn't that I fear vaccines. Obviously, I don't. I've just come to the conclusion since the pandemic first started and I got it, they have zero idea what they're doing. More likely with this bunch, they're just doing something to claim to the people they're doing something :rolleyes:
