I agree with Noem's non-response. I have a REAL issue with Texas's (or any other state's) current law which allows no exceptions. That's BS. Anyone expecting a 10 years old to carry a child to term is expecting a bit much, IMO. In a situation such as this, it should be up to the doctors and family members.
The "sperm donor" should be dismembered.
