Just a thought: Wonder how many people were hoping Putin would get it over with quickly, before the West was forced to react and put on it's "we care" facade? Just think if Putin's 3 -day plan had worked, all the usual Western suspects could lay on the sanctions and condemn Putin from the comforts and safety of their pointless committee meetings while having to actually do nothing.
