This IS an OpEd. That being said, my takeaway is that if the judges give any benefit of doubt to defense, they're "Trump appointees" and making a mockery of a judicial system that's a joke to begin with.

The left is always willing to round everyone up and hang them if they're on the right, but the lefty with a gun wasn't going to shoot despite waving the gun around and pointing it at people? The left's hypocrisy is not only annoying as hell, but it's as obvious as hell. To paraphrase a friend's commentary on a different topic: How can people willfully ignore the blatantly obvious ? Not liking it makes it no less fact.

Primary answer is = FEAR

Fear of being lumped in with those that are being attacked..
And the "leftist" dem party has made that to be known for well over 6 decades now!
By various means- primary one being destroying that person's career/wealth, etc.
My take is Republicans play politics -whilst the dems wage --all out war on any that are not in their fold.
In short, no dem should be allowed any position of power in this nation because their party and its platform is engaged in treason
with a relish that can easily be seen by ==WE-- NOT BLINDED BY THE USUAL BULLSHIT SPIT OUT AND DECADES OF SOLID LEFTIST MEDIA AND LIBERAL/LEFTIST EDUCATION SYSTEM.

The only fear I see in willful blindness resides in one's self. Not political parties nor the media nor what anyone else thinks. In the end, willful blindness is self-inflicted.

The "fear" comes with going outside one's comfort level/blinders, and risking being wrong. That leads to examining one's own beliefs and adjusting them to actual fact rather than preferred notion.

Truth is more important than being right. Truth is what one has to deal with in the end. Dealing with fantasies leads to nothing but waste. A waste of time, money, effort, and the mind.
