Are they getting news into Russia?One would think so. Wasn't that the original purpose of RFE?

What I wonder about is the medium. Is it still on AM/FM analogue radios? If so, how many people do you suppose still have one? I would think using digital/internet would be too dangerous.

@Abouttime is more knowledgeable on comm and comm gear than I.
