Folks aren't allowed to have an opinion about the voting integrity? Even if wrong, they have that right. This does not make them the enemy.
Nor does anyone seeing the more than obvious lies from Fauci.
---
Mayorkas Releases New Rules on Extremism – DHS Will Target Anyone Who Believes Election Was Stolen or Who Challenged Fauci’s Everchanging COVID Narrative
In Joe Biden’s first year in office over 2 million illegal aliens from dozens of countries walked into the United States across the southern border.
The numbers this year look even greater.
Joe Biden and DHS Secretary Mayorkas immediately opened up the US southern border after they came into office.
Biden also set another record. Only 59,011 illegals were deported his first year in office. This was the lowest number since 1995.
It should be obvious by now that Biden intends to destroy the US before he leaves office.
Now Mayorkas is working on a very important project. Rather than shut down the border, Mayorkas released new rules on “extremism”.
The new guidelines on extremist behavior include those who question the fraud in the 2020 election and anyone who question the regime’s talking points on COVID and its treatments including the mandates.
A March 2021 unclassified threat assessment prepared by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Department of Justice, and DHS, noted that domestic violent extremists “who are motivated by a range of ideologies and galvanized by recent political and societal events in the United States pose an elevated threat to the Homeland in 2021.”3 The assessment pointed to newer “sociopolitical developments such as narratives of fraud in the recent general election, the emboldening impact of the violent breach of the U.S. Capitol, conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and conspiracy theories promoting violence” that “will almost certainly spur some [domestic violent extremists] [sic] to try to engage in violence this year.”4

Fuck Mayorkas. Better not show up at my door with his goose-steppers. Nazi's don't give me orders. Fauci is a fraud and our election process has no integrity. And Mayorkas is an anti-constitutional, unamerican fascist. Do I need to bold and cap any of that?

I hate to say it but labeling everyone a terrorist gets around these pesky constitutional rights. Which is why they did it.
That's why the J6 protesters are still in jail. Their rights were taken away the minute they were labeled terrorists.
This is the Biden Administration preparing for martial law.

Stupid DHS is stupid but the January 6 people were all afforded constitutional rights including due process resulting in convictions.
And there will be no martial law.

Disagree.
Murderers are let out on bail, or in some cases without bail. Same for rapists but not J6 protesters. The majority are still in jail waiting their trials. It's been over a year. Speedy trials? Didn't happen. How many Antifa and BLM protesters are still waiting trial?
And, if this keeps up there will be martial law to make sure there's no civil war. When over half the country is labeled terrorists for questioning government on covid and election it's going to cause unrest. And, when food shortages hit? Gas prices going over the top?
The Biden Administration is already using the national guard every time there's a conservative protest like the trucker convoy.
But, fj, tell me why you think no martial law? What will happen instead when DOJ starts trying to arrest the newly classified citizens? Millions of them.
BTW ... under this new edict I'm a terrorist. I've questioned both covid and the 2020 election.

The second bold; it's not gonna happen. Besides, it looked like a threat assessment and not a method of categorizing and imprisoning citizens. I don't think the link said what you think it said that I could tell.
The first bold; You said the J6 protesters lost their constitutional rights. Didn't happen. The BLM protesters getting a free ride is a different argument that you didn't make before.

Bold: please explain why they are held without bail and yet murderers and rapists are released.

I hate to say it but labeling everyone a terrorist gets around these pesky constitutional rights. Which is why they did it...
exactly.
In An unending War ...on ...Terror = anything goes... to protect the "Homeland".
the Constitution does not apply to "terrorist" (or "enemy combatants").
But who's a terrorist?
Whoever the gov't says is a terrorist.
From the beginning the new Anti-Terror Regs have been like this.
It's been unrealistic to believe that there's been some limited group it applied to, or real "LEGAL" limits to it application.
The supposed legal circumvention of the constitution removed all that.
The only real restraint at this point is in the ideals... or political POV... of the officials giving the orders
and those of the boots on the ground carrying out the orders.
Too many American were happy to see that Constitution did not apply to Foreign Muslim "terrorist" or even "illegal aliens".
Too many of us forget that those in seats of power often never really want rights to apply to ANYONE.
That's why the Constitution was written in the 1st place... to protect everyone. You know, "ALL Men are created with certain Inalienable Rights..."
Anyway here's a question,
How many here are ready to roll back the "War on Terror" regs so the constitution applies to everyone?

I think there's little to argue that political positions are preventing true equal treatment under the law:

... with zero reference to the BLM movement. Please provide examples of J6 protestors who are not afforded their constitutioanal rights without comparing to BLM.
Below is a listing for possible reference and as near as I can tell 708 arrested, 156 out on personal recognizance, 116 sentenced, 76 on probation, 8 sentenced to prison, 4 sentenced to jail, 2 held without bond, 11 trials set, 32 remain committed.

The majority of those charged are charged for
Knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful entry; violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds; and theft of public money, property, or records
Why are there still people in jail? As I've said before ... BLM, Antifa, rapists, murderers, truly violent people are released who did far more damage and broke more laws than entering a building without permission. They are not sitting in jail rotting away waiting for their trial. When people see the disparities they are getting more and more pissed.
Tell me fj ... do you have stats on all the rioters from 2020 and how many are still in jail waiting trial? Asking for a friend...

You made, and are making, a claim that doesn't appear to be holding up. I don't see examples where someone's constitutional rights were denied based on their beliefs.
Oh, and your friend should start a thread about 2020 rioters.

I agree equal treatment , and treatment that fits the crime.

those 2020 riots really highlighted a NEW thing in American law enforcement.
not really.
Just an aspect of Law Enforcement / the Legal System that folks like to downplay, ignore or make excuses for.
Or simply deny, until they see something they don't like.
Then it's a major problem... and "the system is broken".

There is corruption in all groups of society and people, being humans, will always initially see things from personal perspective. It's what we do about it after we've been made aware.
Rev, police brutality isn't just towards POC. It's against white trash as well. I grew up in Bakersfield, CA. The police hated the rednecks, i.e., white trash. My siblings were always in trouble and didn't always make it to jail without blood being shed. So, just because I'm not black or brown don't think I don't know about the justice system.

Rev, I too have spoken repeatedly about the incarceration rates along socio-racial lines. I've been against incarceration users or those with small amounts, rather than going after dealers.
These issues needed to be addressed, yet the current mantra of letting everyone out on recognizance isn't helping anyone. Nor does slamming the door on the idiots that disrespected the capitol, if they committed no violence. Stiff fines, community service, probation. Yes. And yes, same with protesters over the previous year.
My line on booth for incarceration and felony charges is violence, arson, bomb threats, etc.

Agreed
part of my reaction was to point folks beyond the personal, to the wider context of the justice systems LONG standing issues and that it's not just a a new thing, that's SUDDENLY appeared.
That was Not a sentiment that's come across to me in this thread.
But yes the problem is universal and it's not one that should divide.
Justice for ALL, is what i think we all want.
But Sassy, it's not the 1st time i've mentioned this problem. done so for a long time here and elsewhere. I've pointed to victims, LEOs, lawyers, and judges who've pointed out the problem.
too often only to be ignored or told that it's "bad apples", "they deserved it", "let the system work" or "99% are good".
When i see ANYONE given a 7 year prison sentence for a fake ID I'm not jumping to the defense of the system.
I don't default to, well "bad apples", "they deserved it", "let the system work" or "99% are good". or ignore or minimize it because it's not "personal".
If I come across as somewhat as frustrated... it's only because it's frustrating.
Trying to get people to look past their personal circle to see injustice done other Americans has been frustrating.
And to see complaints here about Unfair Treatment as if it's New or Just partisan or only bias racial against them now is frustrating.
Anyway as you say, going forward, If we want to deal with the real, and LONG ongoing, corruption in the legal systems we shouldn't be just complaining about it when "our side" is treated badly and assume that when it's done to others "they must have deserved it" because "I'm Pro Police" or it's just the cost of doing business when it happens to other Americans.
(PS various local, state and federal jurisdictions are different. Some are great and great examples of what the system should be with no serious problems. But some are systematic in their horror show. and then there's all in-between. but there are some universal issues too.
PSS also notice those examples i posted in the previous were of all races)

So you weren't asking for a friend? If you want to make a statement that the 2020 protestors/rioters aren't being treated the same as the J6 protestor/rioters then I'll agree with you. To use them as an example that the J6 folks aren't being afforded their constitutional rights then that doesn't really hold up.
I can be friends with people who disagree with and/or challenge me. I believe being challenged makes one sharper and more sure of their positions; friend status shouldn't factor into it.
