As of early yesterday, it was under consideration. Later in day, polls released that 70%+ Americans were in favor of. Today it's be "announced."

Still no movement on our own increase in production, though again, American polling numbers are rising. Biden is leading from behind of both allies and his own people. Europe is shaking off the "greening" over reality on the ground.

Heaven forbid Biden do what's best for the Nation and the World and get our energy up and rolling again. Hell, that would be a popular opinion here and in Western Europe.
