Never happen BUT I'm all for this. The Russians should pay the bill for anything connected. However, fair trial, JUDICIAL RULING, THEN the hanging. I'm not real comfortable with idea of a gang of countries that own the banks confiscating money on their decision alone.
Fortunately, there is a source of assets readily available to support generous humanitarian efforts: the hundreds of billions of dollars in frozen Russian assets, public and private, which can be transformed into usable resources.
