I have no faith in a system that doesn't prosecute leftist-especially-Democratic party elites. I sit here reading some of this stuff and wonder just what one of the aforementioned has to do in order to get indicted. A smoking gun, bloody knofe and dead body at the feet would get a bunch of excuses from the left why the murder was justified, and there would be no condemnation.

I am right there with you. It is amazing to me that people are not marching in the streets over this but I am already seeing people taking the usual ringside seats.

CNN, MSNBC, WashingtonPost, NYTimes will all soon be running dismissive articles and Op Eds. The usual talking heads on Twitter, especially Max Boot and Jennifer Rubin will be breathlessly expounding on the need to have Durham silenced and gotten rid of and they will do it with the full blessing of the Joe Biden administration because, I suspect, he had full knowledge of what was happening and wants this squashed as well. Complete conjecture on my part but my gut tells me we are heading in that direction.

Expect some kind of huge distraction this week. Oh, yeah, Russians will be taking Ukraine, even when the Ukrainian PM is saying he doesn’t think there is anything to be concerned about happening is the short term. Once again, pure conjecture on my part.

I guess my POV is pretty jaded as well.

Special Counsel John Durham released a new filing Friday showing that the Clinton campaign paid a tech firm to “infiltrate” the servers at Trump Tower and later at the White House in an attempt to link former President Donald Trump to Russia.

Kash Patel, the former chief investigator of the Trump-Russia probe for the House Intelligence Committee, said the filing “definitively showed the Hillary Clinton campaign directly funded and ordered its lawyers at Perkins Coie to orchestrate a criminal enterprise to fabricate a connection between President Trump and Russia,” reported Daily Mail.

“Per Durham, this arrangement was put in motion in July of 2016, meaning the Hillary Clinton campaign and her lawyers masterminded the most intricate and coordinated conspiracy against Trump when he was both a candidate and later President of the United States while simultaneously perpetuating the bogus Steele Dossier hoax,” Patel concluded.

The National Archives last week asked the Justice Department to investigate Trump’s handling of White House records after it raided Mar-a-Lago.

The National Archives raided Mar-a-Lago last month and retrieved 15 Trump White House record boxes, according to the Washington Post.

It turns out all they found in the boxes were gifts, mementos and letters to Trump from world leaders.

Every recent presidential administration has had some Presidential Records Act violations, but the National Archives is now asking the DOJ to harass Trump with another investigation.

Crooked Hillary is comparing Trump’s gifts and mementos to classified emails transmitted on her private server while she was head of the Department of State.

What I have found interesting if not slightly amusing is as evil, dirty and rotten as the Dems are, and as much as they have misconstrued the law to silence critics, they haven't pinned a single thing on Trump since 2016.

Yet mountains of evidence against the Clintons nets nothing. She should be serving life without parole for her servers alone. Clinton hands are on more dirtier shit than the head of the Five Families.

I recall that during the 2016 Presidential campaign between Hillary and Trump, there was a successful spear-phishing hack of John Podesta's computer that capture a trove of Clinton campaign emails (Podesta was a top Hillary aide). Among other things, the email trove included information that then-CNN-employee Donna Brazille leaked debate questions to Hillary before a CNN debate. By the way, why is Donna Brazille still getting commentator guest spots instead of sitting in a jail cell?

At the time, Hillary wailed on and on that the hack was the result of Russian hackers working on behalf of Trump, and that it was proof of Trump collaboration with Russia. Ironic that anything Hillary has ever accused anyone else of doing, she has proved to be the one that was actually doing it. Why isn't Hillary in jail?

Special counsel John Durham, who has been investigating the origins of the "Russiagate" hoax for the past year, confirmed in a court filing last Friday that former President Donald Trump was illegally spied upon by associates of Hillary Clinton in order to delegitimize his election victory and presidency.

In the filing, which was obtained by the Washington Examiner, Durham said he has evidence that “Technology Executive-1,” known to be former Neustar Senior Vice President Rodney Joffe, worked with indicted Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann to exploit internet traffic data and access “dedicated servers for the Executive Office of the President of the United States (EOP).” Joffe then “exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump,” the filing says.

Joffe also “enlisted the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based university” who had access to “large amounts of Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract,” Durham said.

“[Joffe] tasked these researchers to mine Internet data to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying then-candidate Trump to Russia,” he added. “In doing so, [Joffe] indicated that he was seeking to please certain ‘VIPs,’ referring to individuals at Law Firm-1 and the Clinton campaign.”

In other words, the Clinton campaign deliberately funded and ordered Sussmann and its other lawyers at Perkins Coie to monitor Trump and his allies, even after he took office, by any means necessary. The man they hired for this job, Joffe, hacked into private servers and exploited relationships he had with private companies to gather data he had no right to. If this isn’t considered criminal behavior, it should be.

UPDATED 9:45 AM PT – Monday, February 14, 2022Donald Trump said Special Counsel John Durham has revealed top Democrats actually spied on the President of the United States. In a series of statements on Sunday, the 45th president said Hillary Clinton and Democrats committed a far bigger crime than Watergate, which is an insult to the American people.

Trump pointed out, it will be interesting to see what the media and RINOs like Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) will do about it. His comments come as Durham has found Clinton paid hackers to breach Trump Tower servers to create a fake connection to Russia and have the media report about it.
Trump is now calling for criminal prosecution of all Democrats involved in manufacturing the Russia hoax. Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said Trump is right on target calling for criminal prosecution of Democrats involved in its fabrication.
The Ohio lawmaker said Durham has confirmed Hillary Clinton and her allies were spying on the 2016 Trump campaign and his administration. He added, the scope of malign activities by the Democrats is found to be worse than previously thought. Jordan noted, illegal activity by Clinton and Democrats undermines faith in U.S. politics.

“The conspiracy theory and misinformation came from Adam Schiff, the Democrats and the mainstream press,” said the Republican congressman. “Schiff said there is more than circumstantial evidence that President Trump worked with the Russians. That was false, completely false. The media reported it. It’s proven to be false…there is certainly now more than circumstantial evidence that the Democrats and the FBI and the Clinton campaign spied on President Trump’s campaign…they’re the ones peddling the false narratives all the time.”
Investigative reporter Glenn Greenwald also criticized mainstream media for under-reporting these latest findings. He posted a summary of Durham’s most recent filing challenging people to find “liberal outlets covering it.” The journalist also said one of Durham’s key suspects is now the Biden administration’s National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, adding this may be one reason the media is not covering Durham’s findings.
GOP Representatives Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) and Steve Scalise (R-La.) have also called out the mainstream media for not covering the latest reported developments in the Durham probe. In a tweet Sunday, Stefanik said the media is not making a peep about reports of the Clinton campaign paying operatives to infiltrate Trump Tower and White House servers. The New York lawmaker contended this is the “biggest political corruption story of our lifetime.”

Scalise, for his part, blasted the media for running with the Russia collusion hoax while sitting silently on this massive scandal.

The List Gets Longer: All The Ways Hillary & The Government Spied On Trump

It took years for former President Donald Trump to shake off now-discredited claims of collusion with Russia, but that difficulty comes as no surprise given the continuing revelations of just how sophisticated the attempt to connect him to the Kremlin was.

The first attempt to spy on the Trump campaign came from the FBI in the form of the Steele Dossier, a bogus document purporting to show Trump’s connection with Russia that the FBI used as an excuse to justify spying on Trump’s campaign. In the years since, however, Special Counsel John Durham’s probe has uncovered multiple avenues that Hillary Clinton’s campaign used to spy on Trump both before and after he entered office in an attempt to pin him on Russia Collusion.

A Friday filing from Durham alleges that the Clinton campaign hired a tech firm run by one Rodney Joffe to “infiltrate” private servers that were kept at Trump Tower and later at the White House. The goal of the infiltration was to dig up any information that might assist in linking the Trump campaign to the Kremlin, a task a two-year investigation from Special Counsel Robert Mueller would ultimately fail to do.

Durham’s report states that information from the server would be used “to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying then-candidate Trump to Russia.”

The report adds that Clinton operatives then used the information they garnered and went to the CIA and FBI in an attempt to get the organizations to legitimize phony allegations by opening formal investigations.

Durham’s latest report centered on former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, who was indicted for lying to federal agents in September. Sussmann worked with tech executive Rodney Joffe on the “infiltration” effort and then subsequently “assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients,” one of which was the Clinton campaign, according to Durham.

The infiltration of Trump’s servers continued once those servers were moved to the White House, an act Trump himself described Saturday as punishable by death in a “stronger period of time” in the U.S.

“Tech Executive [Rodney Joffe], had come to access and maintain dedicated servers for the EOP [White House’s Executive Office of the President] as part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS resolution services to the EOP,” Durham’s report reads. “[Joffe] and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump.”

All told, not only was the Trump campaign facing baseless surveillance from the FBI throughout 2016, but they were also facing hacking efforts directly from his opponent’s campaign, according to Durham.
