Short term, stranger bedfellows would be hard to find. They would also be hard to beat by a decaying West. What they have in common an enemy in the West, and all 3 are almost timeless in how long their respective cultures have existed. They were here before us. They watched Greece and Rome come and go. They're still here. Both Islam and China are for a fact waiting on the West to collapse itself. Putin's not so patient. Russia is more "Westernized" than the other two. I wouldn't leave out Turkey under current leadership.

Long term, that alliance would last no longer than its common enemy. No place in China for Islam. No place in Islam for anyone but Muslims, and they'll still be fighting sect vs sect for the next million years. No place in Russia and/or Turkey's plans (barring the latter not being absorbed by the Islamists) for anyone else.

If we, the US, don't get our shit together there is no West. None of the aforementioned have to really do anything but wait us out. The left is destroying Western society on all fronts.

IMO, in a real confrontation now, we've positioned ourselves to take an ass-kicking for the first 2/3s of any war as happened in WWII. Unlike WWII, we don't have the luxury of time and distance we had then. Likewise, if we went to war now under the current administration, we'd probably come out of it speaking Chinese.
