Thanksgiving coming in a matter of weeks. Already purchased our Butterball Turkey. Market reports I am getting indicate a shortage in turkeys this year, especially the hen turkeys.

Any info on Ham supply, MB?

Yes, same sort of scenario. Not sure about your neck of the woods, but it is expected to have constraints on supply. The packers are have labor shortages across the board. Hams usually have a 90 day code date so if you have cold storage you could get a ham in the next few weeks and be good to keep in the refrigerator.

I’m still planning on beef ribeye roast for Christmas, it will probable be $15 to $16 a pound though. Ouch!
